How m4rketing.com collects and uses visitor data. Last updated: October 25, 2026.
This policy explains how personal data of visitors to m4rketing.com (the "Site") is processed. The data controller is the Site's owner, Alexey Gerasin, operating under the M4RKETING brand (the "Operator"). Contact: info@m4rketing.com.
Contact form. When you send the form we receive your name, email address, your message, the page you sent it from, the time of sending, and the time and version of your consent. We do not store your IP address with the message, and the form sets no cookies. Providing these data is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply. We keep a copy of the message in a database on our server in the Netherlands and send a notification with its text to the Operator's Telegram account so that we can answer quickly.
The Site sets cookies only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. If you accept, Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_<ID> (both for up to 2 years), which hold a random identifier used to recognize repeat visits. If you decline, no cookies are set and Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or other third-party trackers.
Data is processed with the help of the following providers: the hosting provider (stores the Site and server logs), Cloudflare (content delivery and protection against attacks), email service providers for messages you send us, Telegram (delivers a notification with the text of your contact-form message to the Operator), and Google (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept analytics cookies — under their own privacy policies. Google may process data in the United States and other countries on the terms of Google's data processing agreement.
The Operator is based in the Russian Federation, and the Operator and some providers (including Telegram) may process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. When you contact us, transferring your message is necessary to answer your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR); when you use the contact form, you also give your explicit consent to this transfer (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). Our own visit statistics contain no identifiers.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@m4rketing.com — we reply within one month. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Where we rely on your consent (the contact form and analytics cookies), you may withdraw it at any time. If you are a California resident, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and we will not treat you differently for doing so. We do not sell or share personal information.
The Operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration or deletion. In the event of a personal data breach, the Operator notifies the competent authority and affected users within the time limits set by applicable law.
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
The Operator may update this policy, including to reflect changes in legislation. The current version is always available on this page; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
