1. Who we are

This policy explains how personal data of visitors to m4rketing.com (the "Site") is processed. The data controller is the Site's owner, Alexey Gerasin, operating under the M4RKETING brand (the "Operator"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What data is collected

• Visit statistics — the page visited, the referring website, device type (mobile or desktop) and time of visit. Collected by the Site's own script, without cookies. These records do not contain your IP address or any other identifier.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type and requested URL, recorded automatically by the hosting and content delivery infrastructure to keep the Site secure and available.
• Your messages — if you contact us by email, we receive the data you choose to provide (name, contact details, the content of your message).

3. Cookies

The Site does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and does not use third-party trackers.

4. Purposes and legal basis

• Understanding traffic and improving the Site — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); statistics are kept without identifiers.
• Security, preventing abuse and keeping the Site available — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Answering your inquiry and preparing a proposal — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. How long data is kept

• Technical logs — up to 14 days.
• Visit statistics — for as long as they are useful for traffic analysis (they contain no identifiers).
• Your messages — for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows; deleted earlier on request unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Service providers and international processing

Data is processed with the help of the following providers: the hosting provider (stores the Site and server logs), Cloudflare (content delivery and protection against attacks), and email service providers for messages you send us — under their own privacy policies.

The Operator and some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. When you contact us, transferring your message is necessary to answer your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Visit statistics contain no identifiers.

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to [email protected] — we reply within one month. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

8. Security and incidents

The Operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration or deletion. In the event of a personal data breach, the Operator notifies the competent authority and affected users within the time limits set by applicable law.

9. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

The Operator may update this policy, including to reflect changes in legislation. The current version is always available on this page; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
